Our Policies

PERMANENT MAKEUP

​

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required when booking a Permanent Makeup appointment online to secure the spot. Cancelling your appointment at any time, and for whatever reason, will result in you losing/forfeiting deposit paid. 100% of the deposit goes towards the amount due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH (preferred), Zelle (preferred), Apple Pay on the appointment day. Debit & Credit cards are also accepted.

  • Vouchers expire 6 months after purchases - this includes special pricing (i.e. BOGO, Flash Sales) & Packages

​

  • Specials can NOT be combined with other offers or discounts

​

  • NO additional guests (including children) or pets are allowed. 

​

  • You must arrive no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered as "no show" and will result in forfeiture of your deposit. "No Shows" will also be charged 50% of the total service cost to the card used for the deposit, please plan or notify accordingly to avoid this from happening - there are absolutely NO exceptions.

  • RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment or your deposit will be forfeited. This may be done from the confirmation text or email you receive, sending a direct message on Instagram is NOT sufficient. You are allowed to reschedule only ONCE. Rescheduling more than once (even if more than 24hrs before) will result in forfeiture of original deposit and appointment will require new deposit.

  • If you have previous work (tattoo/microblading/ombre), you need to submit clear videos/photos during booking below or by sending them to blushandbladepmu@gmail.com to be approved prior to booking if unsure. If photos are not uploaded while booking/sent to me, appointment may be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited upon arrival if work is deemed unfixable.

  • If your Brows have been done previously but not by Emma, your session is considered a Coverup/Correction service and must be booked accordingly. 

​

  • Touch Ups are INCLUDED & are to be BOOKED SEPARATELY - AS NEEDED, IF NEEDED** Most clients are very pleased with their initial results, however skin is unpredictable with how it responds, if needed or desired, please book touch ups accordingly [2-3 month, 6 month, Annual (up to 3 years)].

  • All results will vary per person depending on: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, medical conditions, medications taken and aftercare, no results can be guaranteed.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

​

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

TATTOOING

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required when scheduling a tattoo appointment.

 

A minimum of $60 is required to hold your appointment. The deposit is required for all appointments and is due before any drawing commences or tattoo appointments are booked. 100% of the deposit goes towards the amount due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH (preferred), Zelle (preferred), Apple Pay on the appointment day. Debit & Credit cards are also accepted.

Please Note:

Any changes to your tattoo may change the pricing or estimate.

​

  • NO additional guests (including children) or pets are allowed.
